Shipping & Delivery
Expected Delivery Times:
  • Canada Standard.: 4 to 12 business days after ordering
  • U.S.Standard: 6 to 14 business days after ordering (may take up to 21 business days)
  • International Standard: 2 to 4 weeks (may take 5 to 8 weeks due to customs delays).

  • Shipping delays may be incurred during various holidays as well as for multiple orders. We will contact you via email or phone if we foresee any shipping delays with your order.

    Returns & Replacements
    If you have questions about our return or replacement polices, please read through the information below.

    Our return policy is simple.

    Within thirty (30) days of receipt of your order, you may return the product to us for a full refund if:
  • The product is in its original condition and packaging
  • All audio and video products are unopened


  • Please note that delivery charges will be refunded only if the return is a result of our error. The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of returned product. We will credit your card within 15 business days of the receipt of the returned product.


    Ordering
    When you open an account, place orders, or access account information on www.bookkafe.com, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software encrypts all of the information that you enter before it is sent to us. This allows data such as credit card information to be sent safely. As new levels of technology are created, we will adapt and continue to provide you with the highest levels of protection of your information and transactions.

    Viewing Orders
    It’s easy to check the status of your order! Just visit online My Account and sign in with your Bookkafe.com ID and password to get a summary of any orders placed online. You’ll see your order number, the date the order was placed, the status of the order, order total, the shipping method, and package tracking information, if available, for items that have shipped.


    Updating Account Information
    To change your account information, click on My Account. Once you enter your login information you will be brought to your account page, which has a sidebar menu to the left of the screen under the heading “MY ACCOUNT”.

  • To change the way your name appears or your email address, click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Account Information”.


  • To change your billing or shipping address click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Address Book”. This will bring you to your address page, where you will have the options to click on “Change Billing Address”, “Change Shipping Address ”, or “Add New Address”.


  • To subscribe or unsubscribe to the Bookkafe newsletter, click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Newsletter Subscriptions”, where you will have the option to subscribe, or click the box which says unsubscribe.
